It’s so special when my former wedding photography couples come back to me for their maternity photos. Haley and Brandon literally cannot take a bad photo. These two are just gorgeous (and so is their little boy who is now here)! We wanted to get the best of both worlds for this session so we met up in downtown Alma to get an urban look. I had some fun playing with direct sunlight and shadows. Then we headed over to one of my favorite sunset fields for golden hour. And boy did the sun deliver that night! These shots are just magical and probably some of my favorite sunset photos ever. Haley’s simple black dress was an amazing choice to show off her bump and that incredible golden light. I typically only shoot a few maternity sessions a year since I don’t photograph newborns so I’m glad this amazing couple ended up being one of them!
