My favorite thing about engagement sessions is getting to really customize them for each couple. Rachel and Toren's session was so perfectly them! Rachel is an incredible cookie baker in Lansing, Michigan so what better to do for engagement photos than to bake together? We photographed the baking portion of our session at a cute airbnb with a spacious kitchen. After we finished with the baking photos, we headed to Cooley Gardens (also in Lansing) for a few nature photos. We could not have asked for a better sunset that day. We timed it perfectly for golden hour and the photos feel like a fairtale!
