I LOVE the Milestone Barn in Bannister, Michigan! It is one of my all time favorite wedding venues. Not only do they have a gorgeous barn for your reception, but they have two smaller buildings for getting ready (the girls’ even has a chandelier ugh!) and an amazing yard for an outdoor wedding ceremony. There is no shortage of great photos locations on that property. I’ve been there many many times and each time I find a way to shoot new kinds of wedding photos. Ashlynn and Tyler’s wedding took place on a gorgeous July day (the complete opposite of their cold engagement session--go look up that blog!) and we had amazing light. There were so many special details: a piece of Ashlynn’s grandfather’s shirt sewn into her dress, an incredible engraved compass she gave Tyler as a gift, and a donut wall for their reception dessert! They ended with a fun sparkler exit and my pal Katie of Juneberry Media caught the amazing photo featured below!
