I love engagements! They are, by far, one of my favorite things to shoot! All of my wedding packages always include a complimentary engagement session because I believe they are such an important step before your wedding day. Yes, you technically can have a friend or family member take a couple shots for your save the dates, but you won't get the same experience. Engagement sessions are just as much about getting to know your wedding photographer as they are about taking the actual photos. Who wants to hang out with a stranger all day on one of the most important days of your life? It's so important to see how you all click, get used to be posed and in front of the camera, and build trust.
